Outside the EU (UK, US, CH, NO): If you are contacting us from outside the EU, please ignore the automated portal. Our international team needs to prepare specific customs documents for you manually. We will review your request and send these forms directly to this email thread shortly after your initial reply.
Personalized Items: If your item is engraved, please do not use the portal. These items have special conditions, and a specialist will contact you here to discuss the next steps.
Refunds: We refund the original shipping costs, but please note that a return shipping fee is typically deducted from the final refund amount (with the exception of defective items cases).
